hugely underrated 90s slowcore band from australia. if you like early SKM and moody rock in general then you might enjoy them. try their two albums Lowercase and Half Cut in order

you and i are opposites in that regard, im mostly acquainted with his later stuff. the new album is still sitting with me but i like that it's punchier, more to-the-point than a lot of his more recent stuff which is typically super developed and artsy. Igor is my favorite in his discog.

top center is Ford & Lopatin collab Channel Pressure... they're both in the vapor realm though Channel Pressure is more pop influenced and the other one is more ambient/drone type... the Nmesh half does have some beats here and there
