Just woke up to the news… Ozzy fucking died this morning at 76. Family confirmed it. The Prince of Darkness is gone bros.
Last show was literally 3 weeks ago at Villa Park in Birmingham, his hometown. Metallica and Slayer showed up for it. Apparently he used “the last of his energy” according to Tony Iommi.
Parkinson’s finally got him. Been battling it since 2020 but kept going until the very end. What a fucking legend.
RIP to the godfather of heavy metal. There will never be another like him.
