Underworld seemed to help for me, no meme. Least with the PAWS. What all did you guys listen to in order to get in a better headspace?

I just watched movies, took some benzos, and smoked a fuck load of weed. Once, I drunk a litre of Sambuca too, that goes down well in the mornings (spread out over 2 or 3 days), but I try not to drink at home if I can help it so only did that the one time.

I probably listened to music, but if I did none of it left enough of an impact to record the fact in my memory. All I can remember, rather vaguely, is playing the last two Screaming Trees albums on the Sambuca.

I drank some beers for the first couple days. I've always had an alcohol problem, but honestly after quitting that alcohol was easy for me. But yeah, xans (couldn't get those and wouldn't want to) phenibut, alcohol, and watching trainspotting over and over again helped me a lot.
