Anyone else really like this album? It’s a bunch of Jerry Garcia songs remixed by LP Giobbi.

Sue for what? Getting upstaged? This is better than any Grateful Dead album. It’s no Bob Welch project though, but then again, what is?

Well, if the person didn't get permission from The grateful Dead, or jerry's estate, they'd have every right to sue.
You can't use other people's music in this manner of fashion without their permission.
If I was part of The Grateful Dead's legal department, I'd be filing a lawsuite so fast, your head would swim, unless, of course the person who put this out got permission in advance, and actually paid the licensing fees.
I find it quite disrespectful to the memory of Jerry Garcia.

If you truly think this is better than any Grateful Dead album, then it is quite obvious to me that you haven't heard Grey Folded by Jon Oswald/Plunderphonics.
That will blow this shit right out of the water.
(And The Grateful Dead practically BEGGED Jon Oswald to put it out!)

I would also recommend Henry J> Kaiser's version of Dark Star.

The Dead were all just a bunch of retarded hippies if they were all alive and younger they’d probably be on a bunch of Molly and would like this shit.

And that's why I avoid Molly, and strictly stick to shrooms.

They should make a Grateful Dead reggaeton remix album. That way, the Grateful Dead would then have 2 great albums. The other being this bitchin’ remix album by lg giolopi

Being that I happen to like reggae, salsa, and some dancehall, I would probably like that more.
Anyway, in the early 90s there was already an all reggae Grateful Dead tribute compilation, called Fire On The Mountain

Ok truce I’ll give this listen. I don’t like the Dead but I do like reggae and I could see some of the Dead’s songs translating well to the genre.
