>>127156587 (OP)Rush always puts one random mediocre song in each of their legendary album just so you can't say it's a 10/10. Something for Nothing and Passage to Bangkok are clearly of much lower quality songwriting than the rest of the album. I also feel this way about The Trees and Hemispheres.
As a big 70s prog fan rush never did anything for me
They're one of the rare bands that got better by going in a poppier direction
>>127156587 (OP)agreed, but the best early-era Rush is Caress of Steel
>>127156842I love Passage To Bangkok. Seeing them live with the dudeweedlol visuals they had playing on screen was kino.
>>127156587 (OP)Iām quite partial to Farewell to Kings
>>127156842>Something for Nothing>much lower quality songwriting than the rest of the albumFaggot
>WELL YOU DON'T GET SOMETHIN FOR NOTHIN! YOU CAN'T HAVE FREEDOM FOR FREE NO!!!>>127157310It's spotty, but Necromancer started to grow on me.
