>>127174238 (OP) respect to him for following his passion, he's been DJing more too. but the track kind of sucks desu and there's no fucking reason it should be 7 minutes there's nothing wrong with rockers trying to get into electronic, but fuck, something about their stabs at dance tracks always comes across as sterile
I think I like his tracks from the new justice album like neverender and one night all night, but granted, that’s justice which is a different band. What does this forum think?
>>127174238 (OP) it sounds like generic acid house. Burial did something kind of similar with his track "Unknown Summer" and turned out to be actually good.
>>127174456 What hate? Justice hate or tame impala hate? Everyone’s freaking out over this new tame impala single. I think you have to listen to it a couple times.
>>127174471 neither. when the dare first blew up, i kept hearing people write him off as an lcd soundystem ripoff. as if that were a bad thing. james murphy's shtick, at least in the beginning, was that he was a selfaware, deeply inspired hack, so who cares. fun music.

>>127174511 its amazing how many bases they were able to cover when making ram. such a perfect love letter to music.
>>127174931 I think they’re a bit much in the beginning. It gets better after 4 mins. Usually the vocals don’t take over the music, they’re in the background. Idk what he’s thinking with this single.
