Like the other dude said, this was Iommi chasing the AOR shlock dollar for more coke money, and he was so high he forgot he owed the record label another Sabbath album, so they just slapped the BS name on it and called it a day much to the chagrin of fans. The record label turning this into a "Black Sabbath" album was the best thing that could have happened to it to as this would have been totally memory-holed before the end of the decade, despite the revisionism going on about it these days being an "underrated classic".
