i love tilt but for some reason drift just bores me despite how similar they are from what i remember

It's the only set of albums I really listen to. Tilt and The Drift are especially good.

You have to be in the mood for these late Scott Walker albums, but this applies specially to The Drift imo, because it's a much slower and menacing project, constantly tense and dark. And while I think it's probably the most sonically consistent album of the trilogy, and it does have its moments of release and humor (in Scott's unique style), it's not enough and that's why I think it's probably the most difficult listen in Scott's late releases.

Climate is good but I don't think it's in the same league as the avant-trilogy or Scott 3 and 4. Anyway, he's one of my favorite musicians of all time and has nailed intense, specific emotions with a level of precision and discipline few others can match. Amazing man overall.
