I don't think anyone in the world denies this.
And Touch is their best song by a mile.

I'm very nostalgic to this album, grew up with it (zoom zoom), but isn't discovery just the better album overall?

I feel like RAM is much more polished, cleaner than discovery sure, but after get lucky it isn't that memorable in the latter half. Discovery is just a good song after a great song (only songs that comes to mind that isn't good is too long), much more memorable.

Worst song on the album by far.

Terrible taste

I'd argue RAM is just as strong in the second half with Beyond, Motherboard, and Contact.
Fragments of Time and Doin it Right are good songs but not as great as the others.

RAM might be the best EDM album of all time.

That would be Midtown 120 Blues.

yeah, I find myself coming back more often to tracks from Discovery rather than RAM.

funnily enough I think I've listened to RAM as an album more times than discovery though

None of their albums are really that amazing all the way through, and this one is pretty mediocre even by their standards

I genuinely cannot imagine anyone telling me with a straight face that any of their albums is a track for track masterpiece. They have so many awful tracks. Seems like a super plebby fanboyish thing to think I'm being contrarian.

Kinda but it lacks depth. IE you listen to it, maybe for a while, and love it, and then you get tired of it. It's disposable, in a way. RAM was, is, an experience.

Exactly this. RAM works as something with a beginning, a middle, an end. Not simply a collection of songs loosely arranged into that format.

I say this often, mostly to be contrarian. But it is absolutely the album you can just throw on and it's magic.
