Jewish nepotism is a /pol/ meme or mostly one there are lots of different types of Jews and "castes" of them and they tend to discriminate against what they consider "lower caste" Jews. the one obvious nepo artist I can think of is Randy Newman as his uncle was a film score composer even then it's not as if he was absent of any talents on his own merits.
