They don't experience actual loneliness like being actually alone with no one to talk to at all but they do experience only having half a dozen friends that they don't feel they can really open up to and this is absolutely crushing to them. In my experience women actually just feel incredibly worthless and alone all of the time even when men would feel like a king in their situation.
