Taylor is the most generic pop singer. Nothing about her is special. Her voice is generic. Her songs all sound basically the same. She only got pushed due to having a literal cult of followers, and they simp for her because she literally built her career on dating men (famous ones), then getting "betrayed" by them and writing songs of how sad she is. So, every miserable bitch (which is majority of female population nowadays), started sucking her cock to stardom. Which is hilarious since they are now turning against her precisely because she is trying to leave her "sad girl" persona behind ever since she got dicked down good enough to consider marriage.
Drake might be the worst one on this list. Nobody ever sings any song of Drake. There isn't one song from fucking Drake that is remotely memorable to anyone past its shilling phase.

The worst part is that alt type of music isn't doing any better. MGK and shit like YB are punk's "saviours." Sleep Token is like the most popular band in metal right now and they are a literal pop band that just dresses edgy. I don't even want to go into rap and how bad it has been there for a long while now. Actually, I don't have to because fucking Drake is "best rapper" of these days and that faggot can't rap for shit.

I know of Sicko Mode as a meme of "going full Sicko Mode" but I couldn't hum you a few bars. I've never even heard of the other two songs. I am going to be honest with you, I don't know if Drake does rap, hip-hop or RnB, I just know that people say he is brilliant and yet I couldn't tell you a single lyric or riff from any of his works. Not a knock on him by the way, he might actually be great, it was more just a take on how much his songs have (failed to) make an impression on people outside of the pop cultural bubble.

I never even heard them when they were new. At least I heard Swift songs sometimes in the early 2010s.

Drake's audience was mostly rich Millenial yuppies in gentrified areas so if you don't live in those specific places you could probably live without ever encountering him.
