what's the longest discography you enjoy thoroughly?
Led Zeppelin for me: great 9 album run, even if Coda isn't as good, it's still very enjoyable
maybe the most consistently great band of all time as well

I think Duke Ellington has the most convoluted catalog of all and it spans 49 years beginning with ultra-fuzzy acoustic recorded 1920s discs to the end in the 70s and well...we'll not discuss that one.

The problem with Led Zep is even tho its a God Tier band it's has too much blues sometimes.

LP 1 ain't that impressive but its good it has a few bangers. Also Robert Plant is objectively aryan trve kvlt supreme, im jealous of his looks no wonder why dude pulled so much

At least for quantity, Nana Mouskouri has everyone beat: 450 or so albums, spanning 1958 to 2024.

Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds objectively have the longest discography with consistently great albums. It becomes even truer when adding The Birthday Party's and Grinderman's two albums and Carnage (all great).

Prince. Everything from the 70s and 80s, half of the 90s, most of the 00s, half of the 10s, and a few posthumous stuff.

Prince made albums in the 70's??
Anonymous No.128304689 [Report]
>>128304561
mostly true. there's fans who claim they stopped being good after Portnoy left which still makes for 10 albums. then there's fans who say they stopped listening with after Train of Thought or Octavarium. then there's those who don't listen to anything after Kevin Moore left or even only just like Images and Words on it's own

I can't think of one the sea and cake album I don't enjoy thoroughly besides their debut (which is still good it just isn't quite their sound yet).
I'd also say i like Radiohead entire discography along with depeche mode.
I'd say what's more remarkable is a band who kept making better and better albums with their last being among their masterpieces. For that I would say Low and Underworld (until strawberry hotel which i was disappointed by).
