I quit drinking for years once, wasn't hard at all. Sometimes I drink weekly, sometimes not at all, I just don't get addicted to it. If I drink too often I get bored and start drinking less, for addiction the opposite is true, the more you consume, the more you want. Depends on a person, I just don't get addicted to booze

I haven't smoked at all since September, I just hate people who take no responsibility. Same as that Biggest Loser documentary that came out where the fatties were mad that they lost a bunch of weight but then gained it back. As if it's the show's fault that they couldn't keep exercising and eating less. Don't blame inanimate objects for your problems, whether it's drugs, alcohol, food, whatever.
