are you the guy who flies the dashport from newark to toronto city center every day
>>2045466 (OP)It’s stress. You’re going to bed stressed whether you realize it or not. It’s keeping your cortisol levels up which prevents you from sleeping. You need to find something you can think about that doesn’t stress you. Something that will distract you from anything that causes you stress. For me, I decided to learn more about cooking Italian recipes. Like how to make a really good tomato sauce. I would go to bed thinking about exactly each ingredient and how I would prepare it for the best quality. It would take all my brain power thinking about it, and it’s something that doesn’t stress me and I would fall asleep

>>2046209Do not use melatonin. It’s not working for you because like I said about stress and cortisol. Melatonin will make you drowsy but you won’t fall asleep because of stress, so by the morning you’ll feel 10x worse. Work on the stress. I just defeated this beast myself

>>2046202good idea! That way you'll die from liver cirrhosis before a heart attack from lack of sleep gets you.
How much melatonin did you take, I usually need 5 mg to fall asleep
Upping melatonin dose will not help you. Will make it last in your system, fucking w u. All it does is sleep initiation help.Take type 1 antihistamine occasionally with it when you really need sleep initiation. Knocks me out. Start running really slowly for a mile or 2 every day, and get a consistent wake up and bed time if possible. (I’m trans if that matters)
