Literal fascism

>>2047218 (OP)For once London police are harassing the right kind of white people lmao.
In germany there was a case where they found a cyclist, who got hit by a cager 'partially liable' as he 'adopted an unsuitable posture' aka in the drops.
If the cager violates your right if way and just runs you over its your fault because you was in the drops.
Meanwhile the cager: Slouching, almosg fully reclined, one hand on the wheel at most, not checking any mirrors, let alone looking, always 10 over the limit, full chooch when the light switches, just go go go, check later.
No problem with thag I guess.
The cops here literally stop me and start searching my bicycle for imaginary motors while the cagers in the background are hellbent on killing or at least maiming people.
>>2047225I only regret that you haven't been killed in a car accident, so you can be the true martyr you imagine yourself.
You shouldn't go through red lights but police constantly on the look out for you would make biking way less enjoyable knowing you're being watched by bobbies constantly
In America, while it is technically illegal for a bike to ignore a red light, most police don't even bother going after cyclists since they're already risking their lives being on the road in the first place
I have never once in my life even been looked at by a cop while cycling.

>>2047225Retard probably thought cyclists could never be held at fault in an accident, in part or in whole.

>>2047231How is it his fault a car ran him over?
>>2047218 (OP)Thank god for the police. How many deadly accidents are the fault of cyclists anyways? Thousands? More?
Glad those lunatics get fines.
>>2047263Because the cyclist was not driving a car.
>>2047266You realize you can be at fault for an accident AND be the most hurt, right? If getting fined keeps someone on a bike from blowing through a red light and getting pancaked by a truck, isn't that a good thing?
>>2047314Truckers need to develop some spacial awareness
A lot of laws for cyclists exist only because it'd make drivers jealous if they didn't. It's morally right to run past red lights on a bike, assuming it's clear.
>>2047320Agreed on both statements
>>2047218 (OP)they were arresting people under the human rights act rather than any fucking traffic law
>Bike rider zips into the side of a truck turning right at 30 mph
>Doesn't even brake
>listening to some gay podcast
>never turns his head to check behind him in the whole ride
>almost hits 10 pedestrians a day
>yells at them because ~i am a cyclist i have right of way~
>>2047376how is this any different than teenage girls using their phones while driving cars? and there's a fuckload more of them than bikes
