Are Americans only agains public transport because of niggers?

What possible argument could Americans have against public transport besides fent niggers? It doesn't limit your "FREEDUMBS", it lets more people get to where they need to be quicker.

The railways in Irealnd used to connect rural villages to towns and cities 100 years ago, and since then they've destroyed the entire rail network.
Now everyone has to:
>buy cars from foreign automakers
>pay petrol prices determined by conflicts in other countries on a different continent
>pay tax and pay insurance
How exactly is this "freedom"?
