I bought an NJS frame. Does anyone want to make ignorant comments assuming that I have never ridden fixed-gear or that I don't know how JIS standards work or what toe overlap is or similar?

Yes, I'll be riding it exclusively on the street.

Just give it to me, I'm the real fixiemaster, I have made a lot of money skidding the tire wheels and popping the wheels, you dont know what you're getting in to, kid!

Use a tape measure and caliper to measure everything.

sick paintjob and decals.
I looked at a site selling used kierin bikes once because I know sometimes riders are other races other than Japanese but there was still nothing in my size. a few were pretty big but I don't really want one I just think they're neat. there's a velodrome here but I don't think I'll ever actually race it

I guess it depends on the manufacturer's build but I have road bikes that are 61 and maybe 63 although I'm the second owner so that's just my measurements. but anyway, they're both a little small on me

That is unfortunate. I hope you can find the unicorn frame.

i have an njs bike as well, been using risers instead of drops for a year now and its comfy

This looks sick but I need a brake. Do you find the frame a bit small with risers or a bit large with drops?

Wife won’t send me a full photo of the frame but paint looks good

Are fixie-specific frames needed for a fixie? I took the freewheel off my road bike a couple months ago. Am I damaging my bike?

You need some sort of accommodation for tensioning the chain yeah. Semi-horizontal dropouts are the most popular way of converting a road frame.
