Rhian Sugden has hit back at trolls after they criticised her for wanting breast reduction surgery, claiming she 'shouldn't try to fix what isn't broken'.

The glamour model, 35, who previously admitted that her large F-cup breasts made it 'unbearable' to walk, took to Instagram on Saturday to share a comparison photo - one showing her current large breasts and another showing what they looked like before.

She also posted several screenshots of cruel comments from trolls criticising her decision to reduce her size, before revealing her 'soon-to-be nipple position' to her followers.

Hitting back at the negative comments, she captioned the post with: '(Pic 1 - 12 months apart) (Pic 2 - the type of cr** some of you creatures write) (Pic 3 - my new soon to be nipple position.)'

She continued: 'It's actually quite shameful that I'm actually writing a caption to JUSTIFY what I'm doing with MY body.'

Rhian then explained her reasons for wanting the surgery: '12 months ago before I got pregnant my boobs where large but still at a manageable size of a DD/E cup.'

'After having a baby my size has increased to an F and I’m spilling out of my bras even at that size. I’m having an uplift and a reduction.'

'Boob experts (men) are messaging me telling me to just lose weight and they’ll shrink. Look at me!?? I’m the size I was yet despite your professional advice my melons haven’t shrunk. Who’d have thought?'

She went on: 'My back hurts. I long to wear backless dresses. Buy sexy lingerie, wear no bra when I go out, run, swim without them falling out of my swim suit. They don’t make me happy this big.

'Messaging me and calling me deluded for wanting a reduction to go back to the size I was 12 months ago - is absurd. Seriously, what is wrong with humans these days.

'It’s MY body. It’s my Happiness and it’s MY choice.

'The surgeon has said my nipples are 11 centimetres LOWER than they should be, that my friends is not where I want them.

'I’m sharing my journey as it’s a very big and yes, scary move for me but this is something I NEED to do for myself. To make myself feel better.

'It’d be nice to have support and people that don’t have anything nice to say just don’t say anything at all '

It comes after Rhian revealed her breasts have grown so big she now suffers from intense back pain.

The former Page 3 model previously told MailOnline in 2022 her breasts make it 'unbearable' to walk and she hired a personal trainer to help improve her 'hunched over' posture.

In an exclusive interview, Rhian claims she looks like a 'seven-year-old boy from behind' because she is 'all up front' and lacks a curvy bum, as she focuses her fitness on toning up her lower body.

She said: 'I have always been quite lucky because my mum is slinky so I've got good genes, but all my weight goes to by boobs, which isn't necessarily a bad thing but right now my boobs are so big that it's unbearable to walk.'

'I just booked a personal trainer because I want to build a bum and some legs. I am like a seven-year-old boy from behind… I'm all up front my bum lets me down.'

'I want to go to the gym to sort my posture out because I am hunched over all the time.'

'My breasts mean a lot to me but throughout my Page 3 years they were a size 32D and now I'm a 34F. I would love a nice B or C cup that would be my ideal though I'm sure my work would be affected.'

'I can't wear nice outfits, I see these dresses that flat chested women can wear and I can't go out without a bra on. I'm getting older and gravity is going to kick in any day.'

'I'm tempted to get a boob reduction, but I know there can be a lot of scarring. I am going to the personal trainer to shrink my breasts. Watch this space, I'm hoping to be a B cup by next week.'

Rhian rose to fame as a Page 3 model in 2006 at just 19, quickly amassing a huge fan base and securing lucrative deals - including a £100,000 payday for her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.

Reflecting on her career, she told The Sun: 'It lasted 12 years. I was part of the elite glamour girls, and my boobs landed me £100K for Celebrity Big Brother in 2012.'

'I'm not sure exactly how much they've made me over the years, but judging by my tax bills, it's over £500,000.'

Rhian is not afraid to showcase her sizzling figure in raunchy lingerie on her social media channels.

The stunner put on a very busty display in pink lace lingerie for a sultry Valentine's Day snap uploaded to her Instagram last month.

Perched on her bed, the glamour model showed off her ample assets and left little to the imagination in the sexy lace two-piece.

The sexy lingerie featured red embroidered hearts that adorned the top of the underwear, perfectly complementing a pair of tiny thong bottoms.

She captioned the snap: 'Happy Valentines Day.'
