Muskrat rocket go big "kaboom" and make elonfan cry hahahaha

SpaceX Starship upper stage explodes during countdown to engine test firing

A big rocket made by SpaceX blew up during a test on Wednesday night at their launch site in Texas. Elon Musk, the boss of SpaceX, said it might have happened because a nitrogen tank popped.

The explosion was huge! It made a giant fireball, with bright flames and smoke everywhere, and pieces flew out like a volcano shooting lava.

Something kind of like this happened before, in 2016, when another SpaceX rocket blew up in Florida while getting ready for launch. That time, it was a helium tank that broke.

But SpaceX says this new explosion isn’t the same problem.

Elon Musk said online that it looks like a nitrogen tank inside the rocket broke, even though it wasn’t supposed to. If that’s really what happened, it would be the first time ever for this kind of tank.

The rocket was almost ready to test its big engines, but it exploded right before the test. Earlier in the week, they tried just one engine, and that worked fine.

The big Starship rocket was being filled up with super cold liquid oxygen and some special space fuel called methane when the boom happened. Even an hour and a half later, little fires were still burning at the test site where SpaceX usually runs their big rocket tests.

SpaceX said online:

> “On Wednesday night around 11 o’clock, something went very wrong while we were testing the Starship rocket.”
But they also said that no one got hurt, and everyone on the team was safe. They made sure no people were nearby when the explosion happened, and they told everyone not to go near the test area just to be safe.

Right now, it’s not clear if the blast broke anything important at the launch site.

SpaceX & the Moon

SpaceX has already tried to launch their giant Starship rocket nine times since last year.

The first three blew up in big fiery crashes.

The next few went better, but some still exploded before they got to where they were supposed to go in space.

On the last test, the rocket almost made it, but started spinning out of control and broke apart when it fell back through Earth’s air.

Even with all the crashes, NASA is counting on Starship to help land astronauts on the moon in a few years!

Hey remember how years ago Spacex was like "Yeah, our rockets keep failing, but that means we're making progress! The next may go even further until we finally succeed!" and now it's years later and they're still fucking failing at roughly the same point each time?

Meanwhile, Honda's prototype reusable rocket takes off & lands perfectly
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XTw-VlOYNkQ
Soon JAXA will join ESA, Roscosmos, NASA & CNSA.
>takeoff & landing was perfect
But then, Honda's Civic vehicles are so ultra-reliable, no wonder.
>no wonder
NASA were shocked at how the landing of their Mars rover a few years ago was not only better than perfect, it was so flawless it even sent a Tweet from the Red Planet. But then, that was when Twitter hadn't been infected by an autistic Ketamine-addicted retard.
>that Mars lander not only landed perfectly, it still works perfectly to this day
That's Perseverance for you. Take note, Elol.
Why is it that not one Saturn V failed in their previous Apollo program, Muskrat? Why should they use your retarded excuse for a rocket and not SLS for launching Orion in their Artemis program? Artemis I worked perfectly, and that was sent up by SLS Block One, Elol, you blockhead.
If you think if that retad has the capacity to think, that is there's nothing wrong with your Starshit... I mean Starship, be the first one in a crewed launch to prove our opinions wrong. If you return safely, fine. but don't come running to us when it all blows up in more than just your face and your broken dick and you're reduced to your component atoms, Muskrat.
You know what you'll be admitting when you daren't go up in your own rocket.

>reusable rocket
Yeah, space x solved that problem nearly 2 decades ago, they've had a reusable rocket for equipment like 20 years or something, and Honda is rather late to the game. Shoot, falcon 9 can carry a small number of people as well.
What's special about starship is it's being built as a reusable platform for over 100 people to live on for long periods of time and travel long distances, not as a platform to transport cargo and people into orbit

Hondas rocket you cited is them attempting to replicate space x technology from 20 years ago. It's not anything like starship.

I know you low information idiots like to ignore facts, but Honda is building a component to compete with the falcon series, which was already operable nearly 20 years ago by space x
The starship is, as you've said, something which can go to mars, and carry over 100 people on the journey.

If Honda makes something like that before space x, then good on them, but they aren't even attempting to do it

Bro, because when they were included in Apollo they had already passed testing.
Also, Saturn v was built by German scientists, not Indians.

I don't think starship has been going well so far, but the scope and ambition are in a different league

Just stating facts
Or you would be anti-Musk. As you're not enjoying the schadenfreude in Elon not being NASA/JPL with their better than perfect Perseverance and unmanned Orion mission, you're so pro-Musk you're a fanboy. How can facts-stating be 'name calling'? You being a Musk fanboy proves that fact by your fanboying for Musk.
Honda gets it right with a prototype. How's it going to look when they can get a full sized reusable rocket into actual space with no failures? Don't say it can't happen when Elon has had far more failures, as just the other day proves. I'm enjoying the schadenfreude until he stops being a Ketamine-fueled autistic retard, starts being a normal sane human and also starts getting it right? Seems that another billionaire is getting it right with an EV called the Slate Auto, so what's Elon's excuse?

Obviously, they're prototypes, and consistent with the Spacex design philosophy of test by failure until they get it right. That's what they did with Falcon 9 booster landing. By the way, Falcon 9 is only partially reusable. When Starship is flown successfully from launch to return, both booster and ship, then that will be Spacex's (and anyone's) first fully reusable orbital launch system.
