Donald Trump Articles of Impeachment: Full Document
Green introduced the articles on Tuesday morning and posted them online (https://algreen.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/algreen.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/final-draft-article-of-impeachment-2.pdf).
"In starting his illegal and unconstitutional war with Iran without the constitutionally mandated consent of Congress or appropriate notice to Congress, President Trump acted in direct violation of the War Powers Clause of the Constitution," Green's articles state.
The impeachment articles continue, "President Trump has devolved and continues to devolve American democracy into authoritarianism by disregarding the separation of powers and now usurping congressional war powers."
Who Is Al Green?
Green was first elected to the House in 2004 and has served since January 3, 2005. He was a prominent civil rights attorney and served as president of the Houston NAACP.
The Texas Democrat was among the first members of Congress to introduce articles of impeachment during Trump's first administration, citing obstruction of justice in connection with Trump's firing of former FBI Director James Comey.
He also announced an effort to impeach Trump earlier this year.

shoot, I thought we had him this time
>>1415755Dat wascally wabbit et so many of my carrots that he done turned orange. But all got him next time
>>1415739 (OP)For what fucking purpose?
>>1415768trumps gotta have blackmail on the whole of congress/the senate or something. likely via the mossad who's using him as a sock puppet. only reason the opposition party would keep folding like cheap suits
>>1415775More like everyone in Congress knows Speaker Johnson isn't going to cooperate so there is no point in doing this now.
>>1415739 (OP)more evidence of the israeli uniparty
democrats and republicans don't exist
>>1415782This. They would have a better chance after the midterms
>>1415795Even Republicunts admit Trump committed the crimes, they just don't care about law and order and are fine bending over for their orange daddy
>>1415792You would think that only if you're a moron who doesn't know how the House of Representatives works.
>>1415809 They acted the same way during his first term even though it was obvious he broke the law by trying to force Zelensky to investigate Biden and his son.
even if it's just because schumer is a fuckpig for israelis and republicans this is still a good move. impeachments are pointless and just make trump look better
They're likely waiting until after midterms which is looking like it'll be a bloodbath for republicans.
>>1415739 (OP)those 79 failed the loyalty test now they should be removed from their positions and deposed.
>>1415739 (OP)Those Democrats should be impeached then.
>>1415992>>1415994found the kneejerking retards
>>1415840At the rate the midterms are going it'd be a bloodbath if they're handled normally and legitimately, which they absolutely fucking won't be and you'd have to be either completely retarded or drunk on denial to think otherwise. Or both.
This was a chance for the dem's to at least look like they're actually fucking DOING something against this insanity and they went "lol nah."
>>1416103The Speaker of the House is a Republican, retard. He isn't going to bring it to the floor no matter what Dems do or don't do.
>>1415739 (OP)So this is how democracy dies. with thunderous applause
