Frontier engineers get about 500k starting yearly for training the models, but they generally aren't the ones doing the responsibility fine tuning, these are filled by more traditional data scientist roles and probably get paid about half as much, although there's probably twice the number of them employed if not more

There is an ongoing competition for resources between multiple races of people. What benefits one group of people comes at the cost of another. This has been going on for thousands of years.
