-A tranny that goes by the name of Roxanne Tickle decided to sue a woman for discrimination after getting kicked off of a female only app after revealing his selfie. The site owner kicked him off manually after reviewing the profile.

-He stalked her offline and sent loads of text messages begging for acceptance back onto the app.

-She blocked him, so he decided to sue her.
Roxanne won $50,000 AUD last year.

-The woman appealed the lawsuit so the final verdict will be announced by Friday.

The courts don't need to rule on this. The person with the app needs to put biological women only in the TOS. It's not a bank. It's an app. You don't need to use it. Optional things like that should be up to the owners what they want to do.
