That barrel should have been securely strapped at the truck bed or a trailer instead of towing it on the ground. Alternatively transported in a van instead of pick up truck.

I can't understand people who don't get this. I got two .50 cal ammo cans in the truck filled to the fucking brim with those smaller 500lb ratchet straps and six of the regular sized 3.3k lb ones.
