Tinted plate or any plate cover is illegal in every state. Even scraping the reflective surface or spraying reflective enamel over it is illegal. You can't obstruct your plate whatsoever, it has to be displayed as-is. Those things don't even work, I'm not gonna say what works because you retards drove the prices of it sky high and got them banned from all mainstream storefront websites.

All that shit is EXTREMELY fake and gay except for license plate flippers, but even then they're only useful for free toll road access or evading police in a common, unmodified (on the outside at least) car

what year are you posting from? 1995? I see cars with paint worn completely off their plates, missing lights, tints and everything else that would have been ticketed before. I don't know what cops even do anymore.

Good goys. Keep your plates visible and clean so the Palantir AI knows when your house is empty.

In demographically challenged areas yeah you're not going to get pulled over unless you're doing something crazy or they suspect you're involved in some sort of crime. Having that on your vehicle makes you rolling probable cause though, they can stop you for it and snoop around or cite you for that alone, or as an add on violation if you were doing some other traffic violation. I dont want shit to do with that, I'd rather go unnoticed. Just don't act surprised when you get ticketed for it, obviously if the state issues a plate and says to display it you can't display it in some fucked up way. Idk of a single state that allows those so if you travel to an area where cops actually do traffic stops get ready to be pulled over.

You'll see the big plate reader cameras in high budget cities. Theyre looking for stolen cars or wanted subjects through automatically running the registered owner, but they track all plates. Those might be part of Palantir, idk. You can look up cities using plate reader cameras or other similar keywords for more info. We're already being tracked like crazy, just the shit we hear about our phones doing is enough for it to officially be 1984 level unwarranted casual spying.

they can and will use it as either a free excuse to pull you over if they suspect something, or if you're driving a bit poorly and they want a copout reason to put on paper. most normies in npc traffic with a tinted plate cover will be left alone (like many other singular "illegal" modifications) but if you're doing something cheeky, they'll just have an extra charge to lay or reason to pull you over when you try and talk your way out of a ticket

Gives a cop a good and legitimate excuse to pull you over. Wouldn't do. Most of the time they would ignore it, but since it is truly a violation of the law it's a perfect excuse for them to pull you over if they feel like it.

again, just regular traffic. speeding is a pretty basic ticket, and not "being cheeky". a non-asshole cop isn't going to add that charge onto you for something like only doing 10 over

Its beyond frustrating dealing with these people. They'd rather spend $5 a month on craigslist posting their car instead of just selling for $2000 less.

I literally have a custom plate with one of my lesser waifu's names, the brightest LED bulbs I could buy from Japan for the plate lights, and lined the top inside of the recessed area with reflective mirror tape to make it that much brighter at night. Looks fucking amazing at night. I accept my tickets.
