Car you posted is questionable whether it's even a car. More like an aircraft that doesn't fly. Jet power, so no power to the wheels. It doesn't even have tyres.
Fastest 'real' car is pic related at about 500mph.

The track gotta be extremely large and have basically 90 degree banked turns, if not the entire track would be banked so any G force would be lateral.
