Is it possible to make a food truck modular in the sense that you use it in summer to sell ice cream, in winter to sell crepes and hotdogs and occasionally between seasons to travel and live in it?

Cost of setting up a large refrigeration unit seasonally would be prohibitive. Better off with two matching vans, one for hot, one for cold.
