Because Honda in their infinite wisdom decided that it would be a good idea to run the exhaust UNDER the rear control arms on a SUV. It contacts when the suspension is extended. Dumbest thing I have ever seen from Honda.

I don't see 50 a day. Most of this generation was killed by rust and Honda's shitty trannies. I don't have one because I have a real truck based SUV.
