Both of my Fords were battery dead after 3 days of parked. The latter being the air suspension was always on and leveling the car when it was "off", because air leaks and that's a fact.

I think of Ford the same way I think of Nissan - Their RWD based models range from decent to excellent but they can't make anything FWD or AWD that's worthwhile or reliable

Ford is fine as long as what you are buying doesn't break 3 rules #1 No high voltage battery. #2 No turbos. and #3 No 4.6L or 5.4L V8 3 valve. Then you will be fine.
