This guys stupid just accelerate REALLY SLOWLY for a rolling start and then floor it when the gap is wide enough and watch your six just in case a trugg tard tries to roll you off the road anyways ya can pull over and avoid an accident. By not parking on the off ramp. If you are following someone with enough room for a truck to merge in front and you respond to that merging by letting several more trucks merge, you aren't driving. You are parked and in the way of traffic. At the point shown in the video, the only way to exit the freeway is to cut in front of the parked car that is letting in all the traffic.
