It's where there are lights on at night, they sell beer, weed, and blunt wraps. Liquor in some stores. Need I say more? There are always people blasting music in the lots at night, usually white bros in lifted trucks blasting mumble rap where I live. If I wanted to find a drug dealer I'd go to gas stations at certain times, look stoned and buy some rillos and cigarettes, absolutely the easiest way to find them.
