My uncle says VWs and Audis are problem cars and heโs a mechanic. Is he right?
>>28466638 (OP)Depends on the engine, 2.0 and 1.9 Tdis are pretty much unkillable. Everything else, I'd be wary of. Also if you live in the US, parts are weirdly expensive here.
>>28466638 (OP)Your uncle is also a pedophile
>>28466638 (OP)They're reliable but get a bad rep because they're expensive to fix when they do eventually brake and most owners are retarded so buying used is russian roulette.
Does he count how many there are on the roads?
>>28466638 (OP)Depends, if you're trying to get to work then hea they're junk, if the goal is to escape inceldom then you should definitely buy German as a lot of jeets, Asians, and other low SMV males have escaped buy using German cars as bait.
Americans build an engine and then test it by cold-starting it with the throttle wide open to see what breaks and fix that until nothing breaks.
Japs design engines to be neglected by illiterate rice farmers.
But the Germans need you to be gentle for the first couple of k's while the engine warms up, but because they can't trust you to do this by yourself, they have a sensor inside the crankshaft that will destroy the whole vehicle if it's not periodically replaced by removing the whole front suspension and removing the bottom half of the engine. The sensor is discontinued and only available from an elderly form member who only speaks pigeon Bulgarian and hand makes them in his basement.
>>28466638 (OP)Mechanics normally have the worst cars because they are sick of the sight of cars by the end of the day.
>>28466869The geemans used to do a vollgasfest test, they put the engine on a stand and redlined it, throttle wide open for 24 hours. If the engine experienced issues during the test, it wasn't qualified for production.
>>28466869What a load of codโs warlock.
