Picrel just failed to sell/didn't meet the reserve and was posted again.
I have no idea what the reserve is, but I saw it posted for 75k. There's a chance they lowered the reserve when they reposted.

What is a good/fair/bad price for picrel car?

Idk, 40k?
How many miles does it have. How many owners. Repair history blah blah. If it's collector tier it still isn't worth 75k it's just a LHD FD it's no type rz or spirit r

>fair price
$50K if itโ€™s in near mint condition with low miles. be prepared to rebuild the wankel every 10K miles or whenever it blows up on you

Anon, I love RX-7's, but for $60-75k I think you can get a lotus that will handle better and be as much fun with (maybe) fewer issues. These things are turning into collector's items, unfortunately, because new cars can't be good anymore.

ehh, they need k swaps to be interesting. unless youre talking about the new chineese ones which are a complete waste of money. The fd is 100% japaneese and has nothing in common with other cars besides the fact it has wheels.

Nobody is buying FDs because they handle better or are faster than other cars for the money, they are not a bargain and nobody thinks they are. People buy FDs because they want an FD, regardless of its flaws. Part of this is because it's an incredibly beautiful car. Rotards, fanboys, collectors, and fans of aesthetics buy FDs. Not people who want the best handling or fastest car their dollar can buy.
