If you live in an "urban" area get an immobilizer, apparently it's ridiculously easy to steal these things and if they're smart they don't even need to break a window, they can plug into one of the external sensors.
Actually, besides an immobilizer, try to look up how to disable or cover those sensors, because I know one method basically involves sending signals to the car that makes it think the key is being reset, so even if you drive off your key won't work

Good on you OP, that's pretty much the last year you could get the G37/V36 chassis (double bone front + multilink rear as the Lord intended), and even better is that it at least appears to not have been beat on at sideshows yet. Don't start fucking it up with shitty stance wheels, fake carbon fiber spoilers, lips and AliExpress LED headlights like everyone else and you'll have a decent car that'll last a long time. Try not to park in bad neighborhoods, either, since these unfortunately tend to attract "undesirables". Just ignore the whole.. crowd and groups that are into these (in the US, at least) and you'll be fine.

thankfully I live in a gated complex in a nice part city but I'll remember this when I'm downtown. I pretty much intend to keep this for the long run and am hoping to clear 250k miles since I keep up with maintenence and fill it with premium. (The actual owners manual says to use it)
