Maybe Seal-All? It's thick and dries rubbery and gives you the giggles in confined spaces.

Gorilla glue is a water-cure PU - itโ€™ll work if you can clamp parts while it reacts/cures. You could try something like NoMoreNails high strength exterior for instant grab

If you mean a permanent temporary fix, butyl pond liner tape. It's made of adhesive rubber and can even stick foam and low surface energy plastics together, potentially forever, barring extremely high temperatures.

It probably aint just your bumper but the support brackets. Its usually not good to try and simply swap a bumper cover, this is the reason why frontal wrecked cars get totalled. Non-oem parts are going to be shit too.
