Almost made me want to get one myself but I'm too poor to get a vert just because I want one.

Just get a bike. They fill the entirety of a convertible's niche over a coupe and more, and take up much less garage space for the 99 percent of the time when driving a coupe would be better.

Yeah, verts are heavier and floppier, but you will almost never be driving it hard enough for that to matter. Also, the enjoyment of driving on a nice day with the top down greatly outweighs the negatives of a vert.
