Most ABS issues I've had with GM trucks ended up being wheel speed sensors.
The way GM pressed on the rings is retarded and easily broken.

its a module that dies and its very common on gmt800s, i wouldnt even bother replacing it. tunerpro software is free but per vehicle tokens are $100, no you cant torrent it. if you do tunerpro you can turn off pwm to firm up TC lockup... not much else to do with a stock truck. make sure you use dex 6 in that 4l60e, the fuild colour is gold like motor oil not red, its cheapest on amazon. spend your money on the truck norris cam and a escalade rear axle, shit will haul some ass

Just pull the ABS fuse. The system is designed to work as a normal non ABS car if failed or disabled.
