22R? Rust proof the underside. Check the suspension for rot too. I'd rust proof the shit out of the undercarriage before too long. Otherwise, general maintenance and you'll be fine.

Not a pickup but I have a 1981 Toyota Celica with the 22R (carburated). Just ordered a head gasket set because it blows blue smoke sometimes and won't pass smog (HC at 1000+ppm). Highly suspect valve stem seals. Since yours is a '91, you probably have a 22RE, lucky you. Make sure the single row timing chain guides are not broken and chattering. I had an 85' Toyota RV with the 22RE, if you have a rough idle try to clean that intake! There might be a lot of carbon build-up.

Where can someone find something similar? Whenever I look online on car sites I never see anything like this. Feel free to call me names, I just want a cheap 90's car br/o/s.

Unfortunately it ended as engine donor for the LJ70 next to it.
As for yours, keep it as is, it's perfect, no mods, just maintenance.

Found this one on Marketplace, was looking for an old Tacoma and eventually clicked on a random listing showing a beater 1991 pickup. Went to check it out and aside from cosmetic issues it runs very smooth. Feel like I lucked out in this one.
I'm on the fence about raptor lining paint job or invest in an actual paint job since I plan to keep it as a beater

I stumbled upon that site recently when looking for parts for my 4runner and I was like why is there a file sharing site selling car parts.
