Old Ford is forever based. Their insistence on motorsports domination through the 40s-80s created some truly awesome stuff, and their cars were generally pretty great. It turned to absolute shit when the last Ford family member CEO left in 2006. Everything after that has been gay, jewish, and retarded.

The guy that writes these has his "world headquarters" a few miles away from where I'm at, which is a little log cabin with a bunch of skeletons, spiders and shit hanging off the front and a big t-rex on the sign.
He drives a 458 through town, so these books must be doing well kek.

>Why have they seemingly abandoned Lincoln?
HF1 bought Lincoln for Edsel to work out his faggotty ideas about cars having style and color instead of being farm implements painted black like a proper man of the earth would have. Edsel died soon after and HF1 couldn't care less about Lincoln so the division has been basically rudderless from that point on. The division did have a minor renaissance in the 70's because HF2 liked large comfy cars and the company as a whole catered to his desires but Lincoln more so than the other two.

Since then they occasionally have a Ford CEO that thinks they should pump the division up and then throw a few scraps that way but quickly abandon the effort when the scraps don't immediately turn the division into a sales powerhouse. They really should realize they're not serious about Lincoln and never will be and fold it up already.

Sad, but true. It's a brand that I really like *in theory*, but Ford will never allot the resources needed to do ccol things with it. I feel like there is a place for an ideal Lincoln. Slab-sided, imposing, immensely comfortable, and as sturdy as a bank vault. It doesn't have to necessarily be a coupe or sedan either.
