Co-workers are pushing me to get a new car, they say my 2013 Honda Jazz is embarrassing to everyone and makes me look unprofessional, it makes people think I must have a substance abuse problem. I'm an Australian teacher, so on good money. Occasionally we have to move a few students in our personal cars, and a parent complained that it wasn't fair that their kid was in my old Jazz and the kids who went with the other teachers were in much better cars

2013 is considered a fairly modern car around here and I live in Sweden. I think most cars in traffic are around 2005-2015. Newer cars are rare outside of the inner cities.

The only thing my car doesn't have that modern cars do is reversing camera and an infotainment screen which I could put in for about $400 if I wanted. From a safety and driving experience standpoint there's really no difference because this car has ESC and abs and five star ancap safety. It is also bright green with most modern cars are not
