I am curious to see how accurate that supposed 800km range is. Because if that's remotely true, then it basically destroys any plausible range anxiety. IMO a real world range of 450-600km is enough to kill range anxiety for good.

With that said, this will never be sold in the west due to tariffs and I'm more excited for the new Nissan Leaf.

Can someone explain how Chinese are able to make these cars so cheap while also being able to afford them?
I was told that America was the only country with an affluent middle class.

America's industrial powers are garbage. The golden age of Ameriica only ever was because rest of the world was ravaged by war post WW2. America has never been particularly exceptional on an even playing field. After all the whole point of tariffs is to wipe out an even playing field.

slave labor and scale of manufacture. All of these products are also subsidized by the CCP to leach more money from western countries.

Why would posting about a car that's not legal for sale in the US matter to us whatsoever?

I don't care what cars the Chinese buy and I assume the Chinese don't care what cars Americans buy.

If an American buys a Chinese car, he's an idiot. If a Chinaman buys an American car, he is wealthy enough not to compromise on a Chinese car.

Business Insider is the Huffington Post of business journals. The Chinese EV market is imploding as BYD cuts prices and the rest canโ€™t keep up.

>selling a chinese car to a billion patriotic chinks
it's like that apparently highest grossing animated movie they have, that you've never heard about because they didn't even have to market it outside of china to break records, slant-eyed cattle will just make number go up out of a sense of duty
