No, but I have a medical condition making me turbo-thirsty so I have to figure out places to pull over and pee every 45 min to an hour.
It gets interesting on longer road trips. Nice being in the rural country where it's not a big deal and I can find a tree and a pullout more easily.

On one trip last time I found this abandoned gas station, nobody parked in the lot, think ok I'll pee here - get out of my car - guy instantly pops out of his shed "hi" get right back in my car and pull down the road a bit to pee.

I hate this idea that people can get me in trouble for peeing as if I'm doing it to bother them or it has anything to do with them.

I was in the hospital years ago, wake up from a medically induced coma in the ICU, catheterized, ask nurse to pull it out "blah blah im pregnant I can't do that" bitch why are you working here if you are so pregnant you can't do your job, I guess they found someone else to do it but she like chewed me out as if I was asking for something unreasonable for her to remove the catheter it was very strange and I recall her hostile tone.

If you piss or shit yourself while driving, diaper or not you're going to be sitting in it and stewing until you find somewhere you can fully undress and clean yourself. You'd need a change of clothes and a shower at minimum surely.
