I see this is a facelift version, so rust issues shouldn't be that bad even for a W210.

Very good deal if it's not completely beat.
This is the contemporary of the E39 540i. Albeit it only has an automatic and its looks leave a lot to be desired.
They are comfortable cars.
Agree with anon you should keep it for 2 years before selling to avoid being insulting because this is a "friends" price.
