>>28488037 What? I like underpowered rwd stunt cars and haven't roll raced in over a decade. I'm just saying, brake boosting makes a big difference because it puts you ahead in rpms early and pays off more and more as the race goes on. You'd be surprised.
>>28488039 >That's not how turbos work. You don't need to brake boost a turbo that's at full boost at idle. Okay, you're an idiot that has never roll raced a turbo. Got it.

>>28488040 Not that guy but bro, factory turbos are so small and spool so quickly; that you don't have to brake boost them.
My buddy has a 1,500 horsepower Buick. Yeah you have to run an anti-lag system and load up the engine with the brakes to get that turbo to spool. That's also a 98 mm turbo. Modern turbos on factory cars are hilariously small and spool pretty much instantaneously.
>>28488170 Alls I'm saying is thyat in practice it works and it would take miles of words that I fon't gaf enough to type when drunk and trying to have a good time. Brake boosting makes a big difference. A slower car can win in rolls with a good driver. There's not a huge variance though and irl ppl do it for fun not internet benchracing.
>>28488497 The value of American performance vehicles is hard to beat. Also, I'm just relating to "who spent more wins", which isn't really the case. Zoomlets may not remember the turbo civics on 30 PSI (before exploding 1,000 miles later) beating Lamborghini's videos of yesteryear

>>28488187 That's a lot of Cope anon. I don't know why you guys are trying to hype up a commuter car so hard.
>>28488652 I was just trying to introduce the concept of brake boosting turbo cars in roll races, with a bit of flair to keep things exciting. I had to google to know that it even had a turbo before writing my post. And with that, I end my turn.
>>28488800 >Can't even roll race to the best of his car's potential >Probably has some app to detect 0-60 times then calls magazines fake when his don't match up.
>>28488502 Dunno if you're "serious' or a retard. But the issues with theta II engines were resolved long before the Elantra N was even in the design process.
