I was going 75 in a 50 and these jew attorneys are charging me $1200 to support my case. Ticket is $200. Is insurance gonna cost more in the long run though?

talk with the court, see if they an turn it into a parking ticket.
Tends to be more costwise, but it incurs no points and won't be reported to insurance.

At least those pigs aren't hitting you with a reckless, if the lawyers are expensive, eat the $200 and get a good radar detector and learn to drive with another speeder a mile or more ahead of you because you are clearly in an area that can't sustain itself without pulling people over for stupid shit.

This, also see if there's a traffic school course you can take. They'll let you take it if you don't have more than one offence in the last year. The lawyers are only there for when you really fuck up like put in cuffs sort of speeding

The courthouse said I could plead not guilty once we have the court date so worst case nothing changes or best case it gets dismissed or lowered. I wish there was an attorney out there not trying to screw me though.

What kinda jewish lawyer charges $1200 for a basic speeding infraction??? All they'll have to do is go to the pre-trial meeting on your behalf and tell the judge/attorney that it's not worth their time. That gets the ticket reduced to the minimum fine + no points 9 times out of 10, especially if you're just going 25 over.
Also there are many ways to avoid cops, just do some research

Lived in Alaska for a few years a while back and those fucking faggots had nothing to do but pull people over for going 6 over down remote highways with literally not one single other person other than us 2. The first time I looked up a traffic lawyer and found basically the only one in my area, called him and was told the same shit that it's like $1000 (10+ years ago money mind you). I said I just got a ticket not a fuckin vehicular manslaughter so I just wanted him to plea down the ticket like you can do anywhere else in the entire country for like $50, he said that's still the same rate because he really only does major cases. So I just did traffic school when I could and went to the courthouse hoping the cop would be too busy fucking a bear or whatever to show up.

look into how much your premiums will go up if you get a hit on your driving record then use that to figure out if it's cheaper in the long run to lawyer up

I've gotten a reckless "adjudicated" to where I had to pay the ticket and court fees where it wouldn't get reported to insurance or add points to my license. No lawyer, just managed to state my case in court without having a panic attack.
I recommend just paying the ticket and being over with it. Even if your insurance goes up $20/mo for 3 years (it won't) that's still $720 and cheaper than a lawyer. Or taking online traffic school if your state allows that for a first ticket, did that once before.

Why is something like this even a case to be resolved by a court? Seems like a total waste of society's time and effort.
Around here they'd just mail you the fine, or a notice of your suspended license, or both. You could dispute that if you really wanted to, but unless there are some extenuating circumstances there is nothing to discuss and it would be dismissed immediately.

You don't bring a lawyer to go to court over a speeding ticket, that's dumb. You just request the hearing, and go to it by yourself. Either the citing officer doesn't show up and it gets dropped, or you plead for leniency and hope the judge lowers the fine amount and/or point penalty, which happens more often than not.

It's usually not, most people just pay the fine and move on. However any citation you receive you are allowed by law to request a hearing/trial to plead your case or prove your innocence.

When I've dealt with it, the first court date they give you is just arraignment. Meaning you just enter a plea. The actual evidence showdown is then set for a later date.

So you can go, say not guilty, if pressed say you're working on getting representation.

The advantage is, arraignment is also often where a prosecutor will pull you aside and make an offer. Like reduced points or a reduced fine.

So basically, you can go and see what they offer, and still have the option of paying the lawyer if it turns out you need it.

You may also still be able to pay the fine after pleading not guilty. Once I turned down the offer, and the small town dismissed the charge entirely rather than deal with me. Another time the judge was very happy to set a court date, so I paid the ticket online and cut my losses.

Anon find another ticket lawyer.
I think the most I've spent on a ticket lawyer is $200.
Worth it because a single Speeding ticket can increase your insurance $50 a month for 1-2 years

He could've gotten speed trapped Anon, these bumfuck nowhere towns will have sections where the speed limit drops dummy fast because it's setup to pull people over because there's nothing going on economically in order to sustain the town, next think you know the speed limit went from 70 mph down to 45 and you're speeding like a maniac, even through the road and conditions haven't changed, just some signs that zipped by that you may not have noticed because you're on a highway going 70 miles an hour.

Just show up alone and ask to do traffic school in lieu of fines and license points. You were a bad boy but the stress of this whole situation has made you see the error in your ways, etc.
