I bought brand new OEM brake pads and now my breaks squeak when I full stop brake at slow speed. Thoughts?

Any chance one of the new clips is slightly too big in one spot, and it's dragging on the rotor or the wheel? Might be squealing constantly and you're only hearing it at low speed. Clips universally have garbage quality control.

did you lube the brake pad shims?

Only squeaks when fully pressed is a better way of putting it. Its probably the lack of grease like >>28491008

Just don’t keep the brakes down all the way. Begin to release them as you near stopping.

Bed in the brake pads.
Then drive a few thousand miles.

The same thing usually happens to me. Usually the pad is not perfectly conformed to the rotor yet.
Even with a brake betting procedure it might not be 100% there on the first go.

Everytime when you replace worn brake pads with new brake pads. You should clean & then grease the brake caliper sliding pins, brake caliper and brake pad(back and sides) sliding surfaces. If theres rust between brake caliber and brake pad sliding surfaces you need use sandpaper to remove that rust first.

Use silicone grease for brake caliber sliding pins. Brake caliber grease to other mentioned parts. Never put any grease on brake pad friction material, brake disc. Dont use copper grease because it can cause galvanic corrosion issues. also dont use regular petroleum grease because it can deteriorate rubbers from brakes.
