Okay, hear me out.
>Chevy van engine is very hard to access
>Suburban dashboard is much cooler
>Four wheel drive??? Maybe???
>Manual swap??
It wouldn't be hard to do, I think.
>cut off front end of van, pull engine and transmission
>cut off roof and rear of suburban, leave dashboard
>line up base of suburban windshield with van windshield
>weld it all together or something
>patch what remains of the hole for the van engine cover
>figure out the longer rear driveshaft but the front one should be fine
>hook up all of the van stuff to the truck stuff like the rear AC/Heat and the speakers and TVs and so on
>paint it idk
>add cornering lamps since the headlights are now much further away
And that's pretty much it. Easy! In theory, you could even combine the rear of the suburban with the front of the van to create a uh, a G-ban, or something, but it would probably look stupid.
