Anon, I think you're comparing apples and oranges here.
>>28492274 (OP) >chinese known for IP theft >they advertise they're willing to make all the parts for your automobiles for much lower prices >you agree and even set up their factories for them >OMG THEY STOLE OUR TECH
Its like putting a chicken down in front of a dog and asking it to cook dinner, only to be surprised and angry the dog ate the chicken. Its just in his nature.

So... if it's US tech then why isn't the US dominating the market? I mean, they have all the original tech, not shitty knockoffs, and clearly more where that came from that hasn't been stolen yet.
It's fascinating isn't it, these people are acting exactly the same way now as boomers did when Japan entered the market, and look where Japan is now, surpassed American automobiles in practically every aspect.
It's quite pathetic really, how much they seethe and bitch and moan, while still failing to improve their own workforce both now AND decades ago.
We'll see what the auto market looks like 20 years from now :)

You got a problem with stuff American prisoners make and sell?
If you don't know what I'm talking about, look up 'for profit prisons'
Hey I know, maybe American prisoners can build your cars for $2 a day, then you might finally be competitive.

This is the real reason we dont/won't see chinese cars in U.S. markets anytime soon- just one patent or copyright infringement and its over.
>>28493539 >just one patent or copyright infringement and its over.
If China tried to import their cars, every single one of them would be littered with patent infringement. That's the problem with the entire Chinese economy. They're not building on existing concepts, they're stealing IP.
