Miata, older mustang, Corvette, camaro, ancient boxter probably. Chrysler 200 will be clapped out and the Lexus IS convertible will probably be heavily neglected too. Maybe a SC.

Convertible is the last thing you want in terrible heat. Going high speed? Sure it can fear nice (assuming you don't mind going deaf or have long hair). At low speeds or traffic? Absolutely awful.

What you want is something with good AC.

Later gens are also really utilitarian for a convertible, I literally can't find an alternative with comparable trunk size even for several times the price.
But they are very shitty to wrench on
