God I just want a 911 bros the fuck is wrong with me. It doesn’t even have to be a GT3 or Turbo S. I would be happy with the entry 911. But I just can’t justify it, 5k oil change or scrapping it whenever I drive up my driveway. It’s just not viable, scraping an old Miata doesn’t hurt nearly as much. But now the car is falling apart and it’s probably going to get junk’s soon because I simply don’t have time to fix her up. If I can’t take care of an old Miata what makes me think that I can even begin to afford and maintain a 911?

I'm still thinking about getting an used 996 every now and then. Got a 2zz MR-S and I love it to bits, but 911 seems like a perfect mix of comfort, fun, and a certain flavor of decency. I might be romanticizing those cars a bit, but it doesn't matter as long as this perception wouldn't change right after purchase. Wouldn't even mind a base Carrera 2.

I already have a fast comfy daily but when shopping for a raw sports car most roads lead back to the 911. Specifically a 997 GT3 for me because i think they look the best. Prices for them are nutty for what you get though so I'll probably just v8 swap an e30 or something.

thanks. I bought it cuz no great PTS in my price range and thinking white would be easier than dealing with a dark color (and it is) but it definitely still shows dirt pretty easily.
I'm doing the stormtrooper look with it so I'm happy enough with how it looks even if not exotic.
